I'm an on/off yoga person (mostly off). But I really enjoy it when I'm doing it. And since the holiday pounds are already starting to gather I decided to join a WoYoPracMo that I found out about on the namaste knitters group on Ravelry. You commit to practicing yoga even just a little bit every day in January. I think I'll start this week and then just continue on into January. Hopefully it will get me in the habit of wanting to do it and feel and look a little better in the process. I miss feeling good about myself so I need to do something I guess. Namaste!
